Yesterday evening, the first official event organized by World Chilli Alliance in Chongqing was held at Origano Roma restaurant.

Members of the WCA Chongqing Community took part in the spicy dinner, enjoying the interesting pairings between Italian food and the spicy flavours of ChinEAT sauces.

The event was an occasion to let all guests, coming from different countries, discover the combination between a renowned Western cuisine and a new concept of Chinese flavour, a foodpairing with an international and spicy taste.

Different topics on the several uses of chilli pepper in cuisine was raised during the dinner, getting everyone involved in a creative and mouth-watering debate.
